We were founded by Chef David Chang in New York. We’ve opened restaurants around the world and now we’re bringing our flavors to your kitchen.

These noodles are delicious, however, make sure you check the expiration date before you buy. Target just sold me a package that has been expired for over a month.

It is SO UNBELIEVABLY GROSS. Texture, taste, and value… all trash. I’ve almost bought this so many times so when I say it go on sale, I finally decided to try it. The noodles are not good. The sauce is not good. Just thinking about it now, I’m mad.

Love Momofuku ramen, can't be beat. The noodles are much higher quality than any other "instant" at home ramen. Flavor packets are quite tasty. Not salty! & that's a big plus. Pricier than other ramen, buy on sale.

I wanted to like this. Checks a lot of boxes, but it simply doesn't taste good. I love REAL ramen and I like the good cheap stuff, but this just isn't tasty. The noodles just have an off-putting flavor and the packets are good but nothing spectacular.

I thought this would be pretty great considering the staggering price and the ads I’ve seen. In reality, it’s pretty flavorless and boring. Even after adding salt or soy sauce, it just tasted like salt. Skip this one. Maybe there are better flavors from this company, but this one is a dud.

These are really good noodles. The sauce packet is very tasty. You can add your own toppings and make even more flavorful. It was a hit in my house. We added chicken, chopped scallions and momofuku chili crunch.

I was really excited to try these and I thought at that price how could they be bad? I was terribly wrong. The flavor is seriously lacking. Even with the whole packet it’s so bland. Noodles are nice and chewy, I must add. Overall for the price? Incredibly overhyped.

They are lacking flavor but can be fixed to enhance it easily. I added a boiled egg and leftover collard greens. It was satisfying. I was shocked at the price. I must’ve missed it when I shopped for them in the store. I won’t buy them again because they’re not worth almost $13. They’re good enough to finish the pack though!

I’m so disappointed in these noodles. The flavor is literally soy sauce and sesame oil- no depth. The noodles needed to cook longer and didn’t cook evenly. Won’t be buying again especially at this price.

Not much flavor at all... I added extra scallions and mushrooms and it was still very bland... The second time I added some garlic powder for some flavor but you might need to saute some garlic/veggies and maybe cook in some broth instead of water and/or add more soy sauce... Noodles are really nice though not worth it for the price. I wouldn't buy again
