A: Based on the ingredients it’s vegan, so it should be fine for a kosher diet. It does, however, contain alcohol so it may not be suitable for a halal diet.

Yum, no heat just delicious umami
For me, this is a very classic, mild taste. I had it 3 times in the first week after buying it, but I added my own ingredients to it. On 1 of the days I had them plain just to see if I liked them alone and I really do!! If you like things a little less spicy and are also fond of the flavor of miso, this may be your favorite flavor of noodles. The only note I have is that they could use a bit more sesame seeds in the packet. Other than that, I loved them!

The Sesame Oil lives on.
The noodles I've been dreaming of. These noodles are everything I've wanted and more. The noodles have a great texture, the Sesame Miso flavor will allow me to continue to make dishes encapsulating the flavor of the much loved, but since retired Sesame Oil. I'm really looking forward to experimenting with these noodles.

Wonderfully flavored
The noodles were deliciously flavored with a warm sesame miso sauce. So quick and easy to make. These noodles are mild and easily customizable. My husband has a delicate palate so he really enjoyed the mild flavors. I spiced mine up with some chili crunch and we both could not have been happier with the outcome. Just throw in some veggies and a protein like shrimp or chicken and you will have a beautiful meal in minutes.

I was so excited to try the new momofuku flavor! These noodles are so good! The texture is fantastic and the sesame miso sauce is wonderful! This flavor is not spicy at all. If you want spice you can always add some chili crunch. But it is delicious without the heat too. I can't wait to eat them again.

Great new flavor!
This new flavor is really tasty! I'm not normally a big miso fan, but the miso/sesame combination was very enjoyable. It almost reminded me of a peanut sauce with the noodles, but more complex. And speaking of the noodles, the new noodles are even better than before! The sauce sticks to them and they are super tasty!
