Good flavor but the texture was too soft and mushy. I cooked it according to the instructions but maybe it needs to boil for less time. Not for me.

We started buying Banza chickpea pasta for my 4 year old and she absolutely loves it. We wanted a healthier pasta option for her to get the fiber and protein she needs. I love that it comes in our favorite shapes too!

I am a lover of Banza. As a vegetarian, this product helps me get the protein I need while eating delicious pasta. Unfortunately, I have to say that the wheels are a miss, and I was so excited to try them! I have never had a problem with Banza pasta being overly soft or falling apart but the wheels totally disintegrated only about five minutes into boiling. Could be a bad batch but I will probably stick to the other shapes for now.

I am always looking for healthy alternatives to foods like pasta. I have tried many brands of pasta but Banza is winner. It has a perfect cook time (I’m Italian I would know) and it tastes very much like regular pasta. I made the Cascatelli recipe with the Sawce and it came out amazing!

Wheel shaped pasta completely fell apart and lost its shape. Very disappointed. Flavor was still good, but what's the point in buying a shape if it's just going to disintegrated. Not a single wheel survived cooking.

This pasta shape is very fun, and the extra protein is great. This pasta makes SO MICH FOAM as you cook it. Make sure to use a much bigger pot than you think is necessary, to leave inches for foam on top.
