Just finding out I’m gluten intolerant was punch in the gut! But I found this pasta and was very skeptical, but I must say it was delicious. I made just a little as it boil it’s more on the rice side so if you know how to make white rice you will be set! After it was cooking roughly 10mins or so I added butter, lemon juice, fresh garlic and some parsley. A piece of salmon on top it was delicious. I can’t wait to try some other gluten free options. Give it a try.
