I’ve tried a lot of high-protein pastas, including Barilla Protein+, and Brami Italian Protein Pasta is by far the best. The difference in both quality and nutrition is clear from the first bite. Brami packs in much more protein, which makes it a great option for anyone looking to eat healthier without giving up the comfort of real pasta. But what really stands out is the wheat. While Barilla includes some Italian wheat, Brami is made exclusively with premium European wheat — and that makes a big difference. European wheat is grown under stricter standards, typically non-GMO, with fewer pesticides and richer soil quality. It’s purer, more nutrient-dense, and in my experience, easier to digest. You can actually taste the difference — Brami’s texture is smooth and perfectly al dente, and it tastes like authentic Italian pasta, not a “protein version.” Barilla Protein+ is decent, but it feels a little heavier and more processed in comparison. Brami has become my go-to pasta. It’s clean, high-protein, and genuinely delicious — proof that healthy food doesn’t have to compromise on taste or authenticity.

Super pasta for the win!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I loved this pasta! It was tasty and ate like a regular pasta but with so much added protein in each serving. But as an enhanced and healthier option, I don't think I could tell the difference between a plain cheap kind. The textures of the noodles was great after cooking, and it held the sauce well. My kids who are notoriously picky also enjoyed it and had no complaints so this scores a huge win in our family.

Brami Curly Macaroni
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I purchased a box of Brami Curly Macaroni from Target. It's an Italian pasta fortified with Lupini beans, which is a high fiber, high protein, low carb bean. I wasn't sure how a bean mixed into a pasta would taste. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried some of the plain cooked pasta. It has a slight nutty taste that doesn't affect the taste after you add some sauce or brown butter. I now have a new pasta to recommend to my sister, who loves pasta but can't have a lot of carbs. I would definitely purchase Brami paste again.

Super Filling

I expected it to have an aftertaste becaus of the 21g of protein, but I really didn't notice a difference. This is filling and I'll definitely be purchasing again.
