Nutcrackers are a classic addition to your Christmas décor collection. Sadly, nutcrackers do not store well. In containers with other items or nutcrackers, the fragile pieces easily break off from rubbing and bumping together. After a few years of packing nutcrackers away, the bottom of your storage container will have a layer of loose buttons, hats, and noses. Similarly, glass and porcelain figurine collectibles will also need to be stored carefully, separated from other decorations for safe keeping.
