This is a replacement for an older strip and with the insurance with this product it is a huge plus!

I usually use short extensions on my power cords to prevent wall warts from hogging every port, but I do like the design feature on this one where it's easy to plug in larger adapters and keep it relatively hidden. Additionally, these power strips are competitively priced, and come with the benefit of having a replacement warranty for when it's no longer good. Even with that, there is still a protection offered on the product AND your equipment - these power strips are no brainers for home use.

Trusted name for a product at a fair price. However, the true test will come if there is a surge from which protection is needed.

I like to use these during the holidays when I have 3 - 4 items to plug in and have surge protection. Being able to turn them on & off with my big toe is extra nice.

Using it to protect a new TV. The real test will be if it actually protects the TV, and if not, will the included coverage pay for any damages.

Working well for supplying power to my devices. Can't comment on how well it is protecting my device but will know if there is a surge that takes out other stuff and not devices connected to this protector.

We needed a surge protector that would not stand out on our dark carpet, hence we chose black. However, we love the light that shows when it is on. We are very pleased with it.
