The stand will hold in a direction and gives confidence while extending it out. It’s really easy to take off for changing in the car or at night. Great product and it looks good as well.

I like that it’s made of aluminum and the hinges are tight to prevent slipping. There are multiple configurations and you can-can even hang your phone. The magnet is strong but not so you can’t remove it. It does add about 1/4 in to the thickness.
