Description

Add both style and function to your windows with this 55" wide, 63" long triple-weave blackout curtain featuring a decorative tie-up design. Crafted from 100% easy-care polyester, the fabric integrates black threads with colored yarns to block light while insulating against heat and cold. Independently U.S. laboratory tested, it is 99.8% effective at blocking out light, perfect for movie marathons or restful Sunday sleep-ins. The panel has a grommet top with four 38" ties for an adjustable bow-tie look, 8 metal grommets (1.5" inside diameter), and 1" side hems, creating a modern pleated appearance on rods up to 1.25" in diameter. Machine washable and tumble dry safe, with steaming or ironing recommended for the best presentation. Available in 6 bold colors—ivory with antique bronze grommets, putty with antique bronze grommets, sand with antique bronze grommets, gray with brushed nickel grommets, blue with brushed nickel grommets, and espresso with antique bronze grommets—this curtain is designed to hang beautifully and bring a polished, custom look to any room.

    Just what I was looking for

    It has been difficult to find curtains in this length that are also black outs. These were the right size, they block out the sun in the morning, and were easy to install. Just right!

    No Wands

    Although the drapes were exceptional all buyers need to be aware that they do NOT include wands. Even though the website & your invoice says “with wands”. The owner is aware of this discrepancy and indicates they are trying to correct the issue.

    Luxe AND Blocks ALL Light!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ricardo Ultimate Black-Out-2-Way Pocket Double-Wide panel through Influenster. It is incredible!! First off, it’s an indulgent heavy weight and completely blocked bright light. I even tested the panel against my flower grow lights—they are blinding. I wanted to see if the curtain could block the brightest of light. I was slightly skeptical, but was proven wrong and all light was blocked! The fabric has a light sheen that I didn’t love right out of the packaging, but once up, the panel looked very clean and crisp. The stitching is well done and looks better made. It was a genius move to make it one large panel, instead of 2, so that all light is blocked without a chance of light breaking through.

Over the window, light is eliminated and street lights coming through the blinds ceases being an issue. With the thick layers (this panel is very sleek and not bulky), it’s probable that these will help the cold not be as much of an issue this winter.

    Total Blackout loves these!

These curtains have kept out every little bit of light allowing me to sleep in. The feel and craftsmanship of these curtains is also really amazing. I'm planning on buying more of these for my other windows.
