Size on Label is Incorrect
I need a rod that will fit inside a 25 inch space. This product was marked as 24 - 40 inch in length. The smallest that this product will adjust is 32 inches. I used a pipe wrench covered with a towel to try to force it to a smaller size and the surface nevertheless got scratched so I can't return it. I don't think I can trust the label on different package, so have to search elsewhere. Now I'm stuck with a curtain and rings but no rod.

This bar doesn't tighten or (lock) when turned. Like it's strips inside so it won't stay tight on the wall to support the shower curtain. When not between the two walls and opened wider, it seem to tighten while being held in hand.
