Q: How do you shorten the rod once it has been extended? Mine will not go back in?

  • A: Hello Mandy, this rod may be in lock position, we recommend holding the smaller pole and rotate counter clockwise (turning towards you) to unlock the rod, from there you will be able to extend or shorten the rod. Thank you..
