Get extreme protection from loud noises with the Ultra-Soft Foam Earplugs from up & up™. Made from soft and flexible foam, these contoured earplugs are made to compress for effortless, comfortable fit in the ear canal. With a noise reduction rating of 32 decibels, these soft earplugs significantly reduce the decibel level of noises reaching the ear for hearing protection you can count on. Ideal for loud events like concerts or festivals, they also provide excellent hearing protection for motor sports, sustained use of power tools and more. The soft texture makes them a great option for sleeping, too — whether you're on a plane, staying in the city or have a partner who snores. For each of the many reasons you might need ear plugs, there's a pair in this jar for you.
I've been using these for 6 months and have been very happy with them. I've tried many different earplugs for concerts and sleeping, but when I couldn't find my usual Mack's Ultra Soft Foam at the grocery store and 4 different Target's I had to settle on these because I had a concert to go to and from previous experience it was going to be loud. I took the chance since it had the 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I ended up liking them more than the Mack's. The Target brand stays cleaner longer, they are easier to put in after multiple uses, they are more comfortable for sleeping, and most importantly they block out noise better. When you first roll them in your fingers and put them in, you have to hold them longer because they take a little while to expand, but once they're in and if my girlfriend is talking to me, I gotta say "What?! I can't hear you, got my plugs in". No one earplug is going to be right for everyone and cut out every noise, and I believe you have to try what works for you. But on the budget end of things, these are the best that I've found.
These are inferior earplugs that should not be on the shelf. The plug material is extremely difficult to insert into the ear because it's not made of the proper consistency to tamp down and then expand slowly. Unfortunately, Target does not sell Mack's earplugs anymore, and these are no substitute.
For the price, these are the best earplugs I've used. I have sensitive hearing so I need earplugs to get around the city and to work in loud environments. The color is discreet so I rarely have to explain myself to potential customers or coworkers unless I want to. This makes it worth the money to me
