Check the tube: Ensure the plastic tube inside the bottle is fully inserted (it should reach the bottom of the dispenser to pull liquid). If these steps don’t work, the pump may be defective—you can use Target’s free return policy (within 30 days) to exchange it.

The pump does not move at all! Maybe I don't know how it works? But it doesn't seem there is any way to make it move. I will be returning these. Good size but not functional!
