  • A: Hello. When vacuuming use without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low.

    Lumpy rug

    It has been a little over a week since the rugs and pads were delivered. I like the rugs but the pads are quite flimsy. The rug still isn’t flat. For such a large rug it should have been rolled instead of folded. Once it is flat I am certain I will like it. It goes very nicely with my color scheme. Any advice for getting bit flat would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I love love love this rug. I have it in three sizes- 6x9, 5.5x8, and a runner. the colors are so beautiful and vibrant. I always get compliments on them! They are also not in-your-face pink for anyone worried about that!

    Affordable Authentic-Looking Rug

    I love my new rug! The rug pattern and pile complement each other well so it doesn't look cheap, which is especially important for the large 9x12 size I ordered. I love the pink color and it brightens up my room!

    Although it isn’t as bright/dark as in pic it still has the same color tones. I didn’t notice that it had fringe on it. I would’ve preferred it without fringe. But it is well made & a good price.
