Q: Does the height include the hanging wire and can it be shortened? Would like it to hang closer to the ceiling in an entrance way.

Lightweight and stylish. Other versions were $250 and up. Got this on sale for $105! Gives off plenty of light without high beaming your eyes. The bulbs do not Stick straight up some gangster lean to one side or another. Extra vintagy I guess.
