I read all the reviews, so was expecting my Outlet Mini Slouchy Crossbody in Coffee Garden to be small but the feature that surprised me, and the reason for the low score, was the clips of the detachable strap were PLASTIC! A cheap downgrade of the product. I chose to keep the purse, but will be replacing the long strap clips and probably triming off the shorter strap, since iMt is too short to be useful. So sad the product is not what it used to be.

Happy! Vera B. quality and style is in this bag. The extra crossbody strap was a big plus for me. It's adjustable too. If yiou love cats this is wonderful. A soft, yummy quilting.
