Victrola Journey Bluetooth Suitcase Record Player (Turquoise)

Purchased this with the expectation it would play OUT to a bluetooth speaker since it clearly states it's got bluetooth capabilities. A bit deceiving because it is bluetooth IN only, therefore does not play with an external bluetooth speaker

Terrible! Why are they making these record players? They scratch records and the motor squeaks sooo loudly you can’t even enjoy the music from the record the player is destroying. Doesn’t spin evenly, even without a record sitting on it. Pretty sure Fischer price could do better than this.

This is the best portable record player ever! The tonearm is not too light, the stylus is excellent and a spare stylus is even included! Sound is amazing for its size. I love this unit for travel and just for fun anywhere! Highly recommend this product and the price is great. Beats out the Crosley equivalent hands down.

Hopefully this unit will last longer. The stylus should last longer than 7 weeks at 1 hour a day . At least be in the description to let people know what to expect.

This was a Christmas gift so we just tried playing a record on it. Not great sound. As a blue tooth speaker it sounds pretty good but we tried playing several different albums and none sounded good.

Overall, the record player is everything I expected it to be. However, the needle is very sensitive. It seems to be the cause of multiple skips on some record albums. I have yet to try the replacement needle. . .

I like it however I think it should be made of a little better quality and needs to be louder. Other than that good product and portable

Very nice product. Good sound, simple to use. I use it for a children's program and the kids were awestruck! Had a small issue and customer service was amazing.

I bought 5 new records and none of them work. They’ll play for a few minutes and then all of a sudden they’ll start repeating themselves. I noticed my records wobble a lot so I’m thinking maybe my record player is the issue.

Now that I have one that the internal speaker works I am happy

Used my Victrola 550 BT one time for my husbands "Beatles" themed birthday party. It was so much fun! Now it won't work. Power cord replaced to see if that was the problem. That didn't help. HELP! Can I take it to a local fix it and your company pay for the repair?

This is my 3rd unit, first one the RCA outputs didn't work 2nd slowed and sped up - the most recent out of the box I had to to replace the needle. After changing the needle seems to be working ok.....for now.

This was a Christmas gift and I was very excited about it until it stopped working, I took it back a got another one and again it stopped working so we contacted the company. We got sent a new one which was nice but they said it was our last one and we wouldn't be getting anymore. This one I was treating it like a baby reading through instructions and care tips everytime I used it but the same thing happened. I am very upset and I will not be buying from here again. Sorry about the bad review but I know it could be so much better,

Not really forthcoming on the box that it is Bluetooth "in" only. What is the use of wanting to Bluetooth into this device? It has unremarkable speakers and not tremendous audio quality. My Samsung phone sounds better. When this was purchased as a gift for me, it was bought under the guise that we could output via Bluetooth to our stereo system. Not really what we expected Now learned that you have an upgraded "out" model, but too late now.

The record player had been gifted to me for Christmas. It worked good at first, but then wouldn’t play the records and began making the records grooves deeper. The songs kept skipping and the record wouldn’t turn evenly, it wobbled. My family and I proceeded to take it back to the store we purchased it at, exchanged it for a new one, and of course, when we got home it did the same thing. We realized it wasn’t a problem with the individual player I had first received, but the entire manufacturing of every record player like it. This review will probably be deleted by the company as all I have heard about it from friends is that it’s terrible, but online all of the reviews are 5 stars.

Rediscovering old musical selection on the journey is a delight.

I got one of these as a gift and it broke right away, the handle fell off, screws didn't stay in and it didn't work after a month due to the needles falling out after a month. I was very gentle with it so I thought it was just a dud so I bought a new one and it was just the same as before but with new issues too. This player keeps smelling like smoke and it broke my brand new billy joel album as it doesn't play anymore. I really love this record player but it has ruined 3 records and it keeps sparking and smoking. today it stopped turning on and I had it for two weeks. I don't know if i keep buying duds or what.

I am writing this review because my negative one never got posted. Just wanted to see if I said how amazing this product was they would post it. Thanks Victrola for being amazing.
