A: Yes, I am a 16 year old and took it just fine. Just be aware of the 30g of ginger and black pepper.m at the bottom.

I purchased a bottle of this on several occasions at different grocers. They both have this in common: you can't twist the cap off to save your life to drink it. I'm not happy with this, as your shots are expensive. I asked several men if they could open them and they couldn't open them either. I have tried one bottle and I loved it. But the last 2 purchases were a bust. Please make wider, easier caps to open.

Took this shot and instantly regretted it. I'm 6 months pregnant and have been dealing with really bad acid reflex. In some other things I got told I should take an immunity boost shot, and after I took this, I instantly regretted it. It made me physically sick to the point where I wanted to throw up to top it all off it caused irritation in my throt, and in my stomach

I have been taking the Immunity Boost shots for a while now and absolutely LOVE them. I have a 1 year old that is in day care and the sickness during the fall/winter time is crazy. I would always catch whatever sickness she brought home with her. After starting to take the Immunity Boost shots, I have been able to stay healthy even during prime sick time. The taste can be strong at first but now I honestly enjoy it!

I'm sure it's a healthy drink. I've taken turmeric supplements everyday for years now with no side effects. It does leave a hot burning sensation in the back of your throat, which disappears pretty quickly. It doesn't taste very good either. But I thought it's healthy so I'll be fine. And then the diarrhea started which I did not at first contribute to the shot. Next day, drink another shot, followed few hours later by uncontrollable diarrhea. As I write this, it has been a day filled with running to the bathroom. So they really should put that on the label that it can cause diarrhea because if I would have known that, I wouldn't have drank it.
