Vlogging Kit - heyday™ Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to say I'm disappointed in the quality of this vlogging kit, but I should not be surprised due to the price and brand. Definitely a budget buy. Easy to assemble but feels very cheap and flimsy The adjustable light might be the only decent feature. The microphone audio quality is TRASH. This is a nifty little home vlogging setup. It is lightweight, compact and easy to setup. You will need batteries for the light that has 3 modes! The process to put kit together is very quick, but to be honest a bit confusing with needing to loosen parts to snap onto others, but not hard by any means. It is easy to connect to any phone, as the cord easily connects to your existing phones charging port with a USB-C. All in all if you are looking for an on the go affordable starter vlogging kit, this is it!

This is great for security g the phone for vlogging or just making a video or taking a timed pic. The arms that hold the phone don’t seem too durable so I imagine if someone was repeatedly using it, it may break. But it’s good for the occasional use.

Everything is plastic and feels reasonably sturdy, though I could see some wear on the gears or attachment pound over time. Overall, it’s an affordable, beginner friendly kit that covers the basics without over complicating anything.

I am ready to take my content creation to another level. This tripod is lightweight and easy to use. Set up was a breeze. My large Samsung phone fits the holder. It runs on battery which is good. Would be nice if it had usb power. The microphone is good as well. This is a good starter kit.

This is a great little setup for beginners or advanced users of blogging equipment. It comes with all the essentials stand light and microphone. It’s easy to assemble and easy to use a great value with a lot of power.

Was excited to get this for my daughter. Unfortunately the plug doesn’t work in either of our phones. Setup was easy but also the light requires batteries that were not included.

The GEMS Vlogging kit, is a great starter kit for creating fun and high quality videos. It was easy to set up and the accessories helped improve lighting and sound well filming. The kit is stylish, convenient, great addition for any one looking to improve their content creation.

It's okay it's cheaply made and not very durable to be honest with you. It does not fit my phone either. The cord is also not very long. I would not recommend this set if you're a professional vlogger. You be better off buying something a little more expensive!

Just set up the Heyday Vlogging kit. I love the portable kit. It was super easy to set up. You simply pull out the tripod legs and you are ready to go. The kit includes an adjustable led light with three settings High, Medium, and Low. The microphone is mounted above the light and uses a dongle to connect to your phone making it a plug and play set up. The entire unit is battery operated, making it easy to record in all different locations.

I am pleased with this simple vlogging kit. It includes everything needed to create quality content. Keep in mind it is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. It feels a little flimsy and I am not sure how long it will hold up. I have an older phone (iPhone 13) and the connection to the microphone would not work with that but I did connect my son’s iPhone 16 to the microphone very easily. I like that the small led is strong and has a few different strength to the light that you can choose from.

Overall the device feels fairly cheap and it does do what it's supposed to do but not at a way that I would find it is an excellent product. It's more of a basic product and one to two-time use and it ends up in e-waste unfortunately.

The Vlogging kit will help so much when shooting my social media content. This kit comes in a handful of pieces that are easy to assemble. The stand adjusts easily to the desired angle. It holds my phone securely while I film my content.

My iPhone 17 pro max fits perfectly!! The legs are nice and sturdy! Simple and easy three triple A batteries for the light to work! Super easy to put together and set up! Extremely lightweight!

I wasn’t expecting to like this Vlogging Kit as much as I do! Some assembly is required but the step by step instructions are easy to follow. There’s a 3.5mm microphone cable that needs to be plugged into your phone in order to use it. If you have a newer iPhone phone like I do, thankfully the brand included a C adapter cable as it doesn’t have an audio port like the old versions. The LED light has 3 settings but requires 3 AAA batteries which are not included. Each setting made me appear washed out on my iPhone screen but once I viewed the content, I look surprisingly natural. My only pain point is the adjustable phone holder. I never fail to pinch my fingers in it or have my phone go flying across the table at least once while trying to use adjust it. Maybe it’s just me?

This vlogging kit works really well for me. It can hold my phone securely while I record, which makes my video more stable and clear. I like that it is lightweight and easy to carry around. It is simple to use and perfect for me in making content

I will say this has been an absolute game changer for anyone who is trying to get themselves into influencing or just trying to make videos to post on your Instagram or maybe even Facebook it makes it so much easier and the microphone on it makes it to where you are hair clear on your videos. I am able to use this for so many different social media websites. I do love it and I am so excited that I’m able to have and use this.

I found this heyday Smartphone Vlogging Kit very easy to assemble and use. All cords needed were included and the multi settings on the LED light was a great addition. The sound from the microphone was clear. Held my phone tightly when moving about.
