I purchased this fan to replace an older 18” electric box fan on my boat. I’ve used it during the summer of 2025 and it exceeded my expectations. The low setting is strong enough for cool air throughout the evening and also kept bugs away!

Vornado hardly ever disappoints with their fans. They always work effectively and really get the air moving in any room. This fan is no exception. As soon as I turned it on and felt the wind, it put a smile on my face. I believe it moves more air than my 733 large Vornado fan. Really impressed by the quality. It's like a turbine in my living room. Love it! A+

This is not your standard cheap-y box fan. There’s a reason for the positive reviews. It is sleek and well constructed and well worth the price. Moves air like only Vornado fans can do. Highly recommended!

Great fan and a lot of air. Bought for work (not air-conditioned) my co workers stop in and can not stand in front of the fan they say it's too much.

I use it indoors and out on the porch, and it never disappoints. It’s powerful enough that you feel noticeably cooler just having it running nearby. The build is sturdy and clearly high quality. The only minor downside is that the handle carries at a bit of an awkward angle- but that’s hardly a dealbreaker given how well this fan performs. It can also be noisy, but that's just a feature of how much air it moves. If you’re looking for a strong, efficient box fan that really moves air, this one’s absolutely worth it.

Surely everyone had or knew someone that had a box fan at some point in their childhood if you are in mid 30’s and up This is what you always wanted the fan back then to be but never quite was or if it was this strong was probably dangerous for your fingers! I love these at the lake for the memory of a box fan but now it’s a memory that moves so much air! Can’t recommend living without one

This fan has multiple settings and at the highest one is very strong, I guess that’s why it’s called Vornado. It immediately cooled down the house with how strong it is. The only thing I noticed is that it’s a little louder than most fans but obviously because it’s much stronger. I will definitely be using this fan all summer long especially when the Texas heat hits.

Simple to operate, just turn on and select desire level of fan. Let it cool you off. There is no other fan out there that can beat the speed, velocity and wind speed. Definitely will cool you off and it's a must have during the hot summer months.

It is great for both indoor and outdoor spaces. It has a handle that is flat that not only makes it easy to carry, but to also store it away. It also has a place to wrap the cord when you need to store it away and it isn’t too wide. This fan is also great for nighttime as it is quiet compared to other fans that I own. It is also energy efficient.

It makes it easy to move from room to room without a dragging cord. The airflow is super fast, when on high. Well made with the capability to clean it on the inside.

It feels super durable, like it’ll last for years without falling apart. I also love that it doesn’t suck up a ton of energy, which is great for my electric bill. There is some noise but not enough to disturb you as you have it on. Being it was thrown on the concrete by the driver there was no crack or dents and it fell off a stand. It upheld very well. I will definitely purchase another one.
