Q: Is it 45 inches around or 45 inches across?
A: Actually HEIGHT is top to bottom.

submitted bygigi - 4 years agoA: I think Steph was asking whether the 45" was the circumference or diameter, and the Target team member was trying to explain that it was the diameter, where the length and width would be the same.
submitted bylal - 4 years agoA: Length refers to one side of the circle to the other while Width is technically the height from bottom to top or depth of the pool. Please think.

submitted byApril - 3 years agoA: People, the pool is 45 inches is the Diameter (as in across one side to the other. If it was 45 inches "around" as in circumference, the diameter of the pool would only be 14 3/8 inches in Diameter and wouldnt really be a pool.

submitted byJerrysue - 4 years agoA: This product is listed as having a 45-inch diameter (distance across a circle) when, in fact, it is 43 inches across from outer rim to outer rim. The diameter of the inside bottom of the pool is only 36 inches. It fit in the back of my Ford Explorer, no problem.

Q: How do U get the pool from the store to the house...ALWAYS curious cause it's NOT inflatable it's hard rubber do U put on top on the roof of the SUV or CAR...it definitely can't fit in the trunk?!? PLEASE.
A: It fits in the trunk of my car. :)

Q: My son is almost 5 and daughter almost 2. They both are tall for their age. Is this a good pool for them to fit in? Or is it just for under 1 year?

Q: How do you empty the pool if it doesn't have a drain? Is it strong enough to withstand picking up one side to dump it out?
A: Yes, we've had ours for several years for our dog (who mostly just splashes the water out, or drinks it) and I always just pick it up and dump the water out.

Q: I'm confused that only the "liner material" is listed as being made from HDPE. What type of plastic is the rest of the pool made from? Is it PVC, lead, BPA, and phthalate-free?
