Jury is still out!

This item is aesthetically pleasing and does look good when mounted. However, the reason for the low star review is the fact that the materials used in this exterior lamp do not match the price point. The metal work is very thin and the mounting system for the glass panels are (in my opinion) are sub-standard. The mounts in the lamp are metal tabs that one would typically find on a picture frame to hold the back on. Also, I suggest if you order this lamp, check the packaging containing the glass work as one of the panels was chipped. On the positive side, mounting the lamp and connecting the electrical was straight forward and easy.

Just what I was looking for

This light looks perfect and works great. I used a 40 wtt equivalent bulb similar to the one pictured, and it gives plenty of light. The bronze color really compliments my white siding. It's both contemporary and tasteful in design.

Outside Redo

Decent quality, reasonably priced. Be aware that the Western Bronze color is a gloss brown paint. We are ok with that - didn’t want to go with black like the rest of the population.
