Their support team lacks greatly as they have not been helpful with me to resolve this issue. Hopefully you have a better experience than I have.

One of my willows keeps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my willows keeps having a problem where the flanges pop off the pump. After numerous calls with the help line they are still not working. They tried to have me purchase extra parts even though the parts that came with the set were not working. After much discussion they sent me a pack up container back and it’s still not working.
