Dr. Brown's Level 3 Wide-Neck Baby Bottle Silicone Nipple - Medium-Fast Flow - 2pk - 6m+

The nipple was really flimsy, folds at the slightest touch which can cut off circulation of milk. But my bigger issue was the LEAK. The tip of this nipple is just a hole, so with or without the vent, it will LEAK. It’s not the type where the milk comes out when the baby sucks. So really the baby doesn’t have to put in much work. (I looked on the official website regarding this issue and it says: “Because the bottle works the way it does, it is an open system that allows liquid to drip out of the nipple when turned over. When the vent, collar and nipple are on, the bottle needs to remain upright. Placing a bottle cap over the nipple does not prevent liquid from coming out of the nipple when turned over.” So to prevent a leak when not in use, you need the travel disk. But that’s not useful when my baby wants to take just a 10 second break from drinking milk. It leaks all over her. It’s not about how tight the cap is screwed on, or if the milk is too warm, or if I shook the bottle with formula. The nipple leaks when not upright, period. My child can drink from it but I need to constantly be watching for the spilled milk. She hasn’t developed the self-autonomy to prevent milk from spilling just yet. I would only recommend for infants who know to keep bottles upright when not actively drinking.

Great for cereal in bottles

I brought this to have extra nipples for my son bottles by Dr Brown. I love the wide nipples better and my son does too. He is able to drink his bottle with no problem. But it is time for me to move up in nipple size so I will be buying this type of nipples again but a different flow size.

Nothing comes out of these nipples, my 1 month old sucks for 15 minutes and just gets gassy but no milk is drank. I tried getting these cause the 0 month size had same problem and apparently the 3 month size are just as bad according to reviews so I’m switching away from these bottles altogether.

This wide neck bottle nipple is excellent. I love it.Controls flow very well and gives baby no gas or colic.less fuzzy baby sleep throughout the nigth.Cute design too.I would highly recommend.

Dr browns sent me these to test and honestly i just thought oh these nipple arent going to last, itll be the same and ill just have to purchase a new bottle set. HOWEVER either my little man knew about these before i did or be just grew stronger and needed a better nipple within weeks. I love that i just had to switch the nipple to keep my baby feed at his pace. With my oldest it was hard finding and keeping up with a different flow within the same brand so totally glade i can stay within the same brand this time and not spend so much or have so much clutter!

While my breastfed infant was iffy on these bottles, I personally loved them. Compared to other bottles we've used, they were easy to clean, simple to assemble, and helped avoid gas and fussiness after feeding.

My child took to these nipples easily without any issues. They have a nice flow and the feel & shape of the nipple is soft & natural. These nipples fit the wide neck bottles which are my favorite since they’re so much easier to clean. I love Dr. Brown’s products, I always recommend them! Dr. Brown's gave me these to try with the wide neck options + bottle. These nipples are excellent for breastfed babies. My daughter is picky, but she took these without hesitation. The flow is prefect also. She didn't have any trouble with these.

I don’t very sure in the beginning if the adjustment would work for my child but it actually worked really well it was a little bit different in the beginning because she was in latching very well do it but I will say within the next couple weeks it was a smooth transition over

After feeding, the child began to regurgitate air almost continuously (this is very important, it means that he will not move along the digestive tract and cause flatulence) and for this, I did not need to make any effort in the form of patting on the back and swaying in an upright position, as the doctor advised. The child turns over on his stomach, regurgitates the air himself and we play calmly.

I received the Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Baby Bottle Nipples for free sample. The bottle nipples was soft and my baby attached to them very well. I loved how when my daughter was nursing, there wasn't any milk spilling out around her mouth while taking the bottle, how some of the other brands nipples have done. The flow of the milk out the nipples was steady and not too fast like some others have been. Overall, I was very satisfied with the bottle nipples. I wanted to use Dr. Browns bottles for my baby, because it was a brand I knew I could trust. I had tummy issues when I was little, and my mum used Dr. Brown’s bottles and said they were the only ones that helped! I was so excited to hear that Dr. Brown’s came out with a wider nipple that looked more like the real thing. I was so excited when Dr. Brown’s sent me one to try. We LOVE the new wide nipple!
