We moved to these nipples when our baby started taking >20min to finish bottles. Loved transitioning to these and so did our baby boy!

The bottles do leak but as long as you install it properly you can prevent that from happening. I had this problem in the beginning because I was putting the bottles in boiling water to heat it up but after buying the bottle warmer no more worries

Upped my baby’s bottle nipple size to size 2 when he turned 3 months and seemed like he was taking longer to feed. Love Dr. browns bottles!

Not much to say. They’re nipples with a faster flow than the level 1. Not too fast. My 3 month old still seems to take about the same amount of time to drink the bottle. We like dr. Browns so thumbs up!

Im sorry but these bottles really aren’t that great. They leak no matter how full they are. After baby is done eating, I take the bottle away only to have milk pour out down the bottle and all over my hands, furniture, all over the baby. I’ve been using them for 3 months and each time I am frustrated by how bad they leak. I honestly don’t know what the big hype is about these bottles… I can’t be the only one having this issue. I am going to switch to EvenFlo bottles, I am done messing with Dr Browns leaky ones. They would be great if they didn’t leak so bad! I never fill them past the line so there should be no reason for this, and I assemble all the bottle’s correctly!

I was so determined and excited to use Dr.Browns, but They all leak! On thier website they say it's because the the nipple flow is too slow so it builds pressure, so I went up a size in the dr browns brand nipple and it's too fast of a flow for my baby. We have tried putting the lids on tighter, looser, and they still leak. There is nothing more aggravating than feeding at 3am and having milk run down the bottle and making a mess especially breast milk that you've worked hard for. When you google Dr.Browns there are multipleartices about them leaking. On their Facebook page, all you see are comments about how they leak. They are too expensive to be leaking. Hopefully soon we will be learning to use a sippy cup (not dr browns brand.) And we won't have to deal with this anymore.

I ordered this set twice as I needed 12 level 2 nipples. Beware, you also get a level 3 and level 4 nipple in the set. I first set, I thought it was a fluke. But the second set, same thing happened. I will not be ordering Dr. Brown again.
Awful - leaking

Picture it, you've finally cleaned your house, changed into fresh clothes, and babe is snug as a bug. Then, you go to feed and there is milk EVERYWHERE! Milk leaking all over babe, milk rings on every surface, even milk drops on the floor. These bottles aren't worth it. Leaking aside, the vents are a pain to clean and the brush that comes with does less than ideal job. The vent is required to assemble the bottle so you can't even ditch those. Trouble shooting suggests getting a different flow nipple and that still doesn't seem to help with the leaks. I suggest trying a different brand because how much should you have to spend to fix a problem that shouldn't be there in the first place.
Waste of Money, Does nothing to reduce gas

Expensive bottles that provide no benefits. Switching to these provided absolutely no noticeable reduction in how gassy our kid was and the both 4 and 8 oz bottles leak like crazy. Following Dr Browns instructions doesn't help either. I am at a loss as to why there are so many 5 star reviews for these, I can only imagine we bought two sets both of which are defective? I can't imagine having your hand covered in gross formula every single time is fine for most people.
Best Bottle Nipple for Us!

We originally started using the size 1 nipples for my newborn as we are combo feeding and the gassiness she suffered from was insane. We tried paced feeding as well and she was borderline colicky. Once we switched to the premie nipple, she is not nearly as gassy, takes her time on the bottle and we are much happier with the overall purchase.

Baby milk flew everywhere while shaking my baby bottle. I took the lid off and tightened it again even tighter and the same thing happened again. My baby was only able to drink half a bottle because we were still forced to give it to him because it was the only bottle we brought with us to dinner. Milk leaked the entire time while he was drinking.
Leak too much.

I would say they are great for the nipple options, but #I is too fast after having baby on preemie nipples before. And side feeding is necessary to slow down the flow. However, if nanny is drinking from this bottle sideways, the bottles leak, no matter how well I align and assure everything is assembled properly. I am exclusively pumping and it’s aggravating to watch the milk just drip out as I feed my baby.

I prefer buying this pack over the smaller 2 pack. Bottle packs are motstly sold in threes so this just makes a bit more sense - unless you're buying individual bottles (but this one is still cheaper per nipple). They ship in a dr. browns box in a plastic baggy rather than plastic case. I appreciate how dr. brown also has a chart for when to change nipple sizes - I just ordered size 3 too!
