Q: Did the RTF formulas pass the heavy metals testing? I’m not comfortable feeding my infant the powdered formula. I understand the lead content is low in the powdered formula but it’s concerning.

Q: How can I warm up the premade milk? I’ll be transferring the milk into another bottle. Is it safe to microwave the milk for 30 seconds?

A: Hi, T! Do not use the microwave to warm our products because you or the baby may get burned. Most babies don't seem to mind whether their bottle is warmed or straight out of the refrigerator. If you want to warm a bottle that has been in the refrigerator, we suggest that you run warm tap water over the container or place it in a pan of hot, not boiling, water. Place the bottle in the water up to the collar of the nipple ring. Do not put the nipple in the water. Shake the container a few times while warming to evenly spread out the warmth. The warming time should be no more than 15 minutes. Test the temperature of the product before feeding; it should not feel warm or cold when dropped on your wrist. ~Kate

A: Hi, Vertika! Once the feeding begins, discard any product that has not been consumed within one hour. Do not refrigerate the rest of the formula in a bottle that has been fed. The product you are not using should be immediately covered and refrigerated (35-40 degrees Fahrenheit or 2-4 degrees Celsius) and used within 48 hours. Great for a Quick Bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby drinks formula best when it has time to fully dissolve so the liquid formula is great when I need a bottle in a hurry. Instead of fighting during feedings because the formula isn't fully dissolved I am able warm the premade liquid up and baby loves it!

Worst Shopping Experience Ever - Drive-Up Disaster
I had the most frustrating drive-up experience today, which completely defeats the purpose of a convenient service. I placed an order for 6 packs of milk for my newborn and chose drive-up because I had my baby in the car. First, the associate brought me the wrong order and mistakenly scanned my pickup code, marking my entire order as "picked up" before I even received it. When I pointed out the error, she suggested I come inside to get it myself, despite me explaining I chose drive-up specifically to avoid unloading my baby. Her suggestion that my mom could watch the baby was unprofessional and missed the point entirely. After a wait, she returned with only 5 of the 6 milk packs I ordered. She didn't mention the missing item and simply left. When I called her back, she claimed the 6th item was "canceled by the system" and I would get a refund. However, my Target app and email confirmation both showed all 6 items as picked up. I had to go to the customer service desk to resolve it. There, the staff insisted the system was slow to update and questioned if I had canceled the item. They eventually gave me the milk, but it was framed as they were doing me a favor by giving me the item I already paid for, instead of apologizing for the mistake. I never received any cancellation email. I highly doubt an item was ever canceled. It seems the associate simply forgot it and invented a system error to cover the mistake. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Always check your items before you leave.

Perfect for the first few days at home!
I bought the ready made bottle for the first few days at home and it was perfect. Being freshly postpartum, I didn’t want to worry about dealing with powder formula. This helped make the transition from hospital to home much smoother.

I have been combo feeding using this formula. My baby has done great on it, no issues, no gas, no colic also easy to mix with breastmilk since its already pre-made.
