Q: Did the RTF formulas pass the heavy metals testing? I’m not comfortable feeding my infant the powdered formula. I understand the lead content is low in the powdered formula but it’s concerning.

Q: How can I warm up the premade milk? I’ll be transferring the milk into another bottle. Is it safe to microwave the milk for 30 seconds?

A: Hi, T! Do not use the microwave to warm our products because you or the baby may get burned. Most babies don't seem to mind whether their bottle is warmed or straight out of the refrigerator. If you want to warm a bottle that has been in the refrigerator, we suggest that you run warm tap water over the container or place it in a pan of hot, not boiling, water. Place the bottle in the water up to the collar of the nipple ring. Do not put the nipple in the water. Shake the container a few times while warming to evenly spread out the warmth. The warming time should be no more than 15 minutes. Test the temperature of the product before feeding; it should not feel warm or cold when dropped on your wrist. ~Kate

A: Hi, Vertika! Once the feeding begins, discard any product that has not been consumed within one hour. Do not refrigerate the rest of the formula in a bottle that has been fed. The product you are not using should be immediately covered and refrigerated (35-40 degrees Fahrenheit or 2-4 degrees Celsius) and used within 48 hours. Go-to baby formula for both babies
This infant formula is my go-to baby formula for both my babies. My first born was 2021 and never had any issues with this formula. My 2nd now is 2025 and luckily never had any issue as well. Love it!

Great formula
I got this fotmula at the pediatric clinic for my daughter. It did not upset her stomach she is better. She fills fuller now after everytime I feed her and it did not constipate her.

My babies loved it!
My babies loved this and used it throughout their first year of life. I would buy these when I went on vacation so I didn’t have to use hotel water and possibly contaminate it.

When in need
I was out with my baby, and I didn’t have any more formula. This came in handy. You need to make sure that if you keep it out at room temperature for two hours, it is no longer able to be used. While in the refrigerator, it can last up to 48 hours.
