Q: Did the RTF formulas pass the heavy metals testing? I’m not comfortable feeding my infant the powdered formula. I understand the lead content is low in the powdered formula but it’s concerning.

Q: How can I warm up the premade milk? I’ll be transferring the milk into another bottle. Is it safe to microwave the milk for 30 seconds?

A: Hi, T! Do not use the microwave to warm our products because you or the baby may get burned. Most babies don't seem to mind whether their bottle is warmed or straight out of the refrigerator. If you want to warm a bottle that has been in the refrigerator, we suggest that you run warm tap water over the container or place it in a pan of hot, not boiling, water. Place the bottle in the water up to the collar of the nipple ring. Do not put the nipple in the water. Shake the container a few times while warming to evenly spread out the warmth. The warming time should be no more than 15 minutes. Test the temperature of the product before feeding; it should not feel warm or cold when dropped on your wrist. ~Kate

A: Hi, Vertika! Once the feeding begins, discard any product that has not been consumed within one hour. Do not refrigerate the rest of the formula in a bottle that has been fed. The product you are not using should be immediately covered and refrigerated (35-40 degrees Fahrenheit or 2-4 degrees Celsius) and used within 48 hours. Amazing results!
We are first time parents and we came home from the hospital. Our baby had not had a wet diaper in about nine hours. So we of course were freaking out and called the pediatrician. They told us that we needed to get her formula and we got this one. Or maybe immediately took 6 ounces of the formula! She has been on it since and it’s been doing great, she loves taking her bottles, and his head consistent, wet diaper diapers. This has been a new parent dream.

No complaints!
Our pediatrician recommended this formula to supplement my breast milk and my son does great with it. My son doesn’t spit up, not gassy and drinks the milk well. It mixes easily and the instructions are simple. No complaints at all!

Great for travel!
We bought this because of being on the road a lot and it was so unbelievably helpful when I didn’t have the hands to make a bottle with water and formula and could just ask the other kiddos to help me make a bottle. Would highly recommend this!

This formula is meh. There are cheaper Ready to use formulas that are just as good if not better. This stores well and stores have them in stock, but idk.

Love the ease and benefits of Neuropro
When late night feeds occur it so nice to use the ready to pour formula instead of having to get up and go make a bottle. Or when you are out with your little one all you have to do is open the bottle and pour. It's also great for when your baby just needs a little bit more than the bottle you made you can just add however much you want and dont have to worry about the ratio and wasting any formula. Neuropro has lots of added benefits. What's not to love
