We do not include a nipple unit with our 8 fluid ounce plastic nipple-ready bottles. Bacteria (germs) normally present in the baby's saliva will grow quickly in the nutrient rich formula. It makes it so much easier and it’s not messy like the powder. Especially in the middle of the night when you’re half asleep and you don’t have to measure in little cup. Changed his formula from similac 360 that the hospital gave us cause I thought it was hurting his belly. My baby is 2 months old. Started this when he about 3 weeks old
