Expired Product
I was shocked to see the expiration date in February 2026! I bought these in June. These were sitting somewhere for months and still hit the store shelves! Please do better Gerber and Target!

Expired.
Was looking forward to my baby trying a variety of new foods. Went in store to purchase this, got home to be very dissapointed that I purchased an expired pack. I did see reviews regarding expired product purchased online, but I would think the store would have better eyes on expiring products....especially baby foods that are 6 months expired. Might try to find another pack, but very dissapointed that Target would allow expired baby products to sit on the shelf.

Moms beware!
4 out of 6 of these purees (green beans & sweet potatoes) were expired on Jan 31st 2026. Even though they are dirt cheap, the idea of a starter kit was exciting but this was highly disappointing and we will not order these starter kits ever again. I bought these on April 28th 2026 for the record.

Expired baby food
I love this product and have bought it multiple times and had no problems!! My granddaughter loves it, this order I bought online and target delivered it right away, I put it in the closet for a few days and opened it last night. First of all the outer box says it expired back in January 31. Inside are six containers of puréed vegetables, two expired January 31, two expire in a couple of days and then the other two expire in July. First of all it’s weird that they expire on different dates i’ve never seen that before in a box of multiple products and how dare you send me expired baby food!!!!!! the outer box says EXPIRES January 31, 2026. I was honestly a little shocked. I’ve never had a problem with any target purchase before.

This was my first time using Target’s Drive Up service, and unfortunately it turned into a really disappointing experience. I had worked seven nights straight and ordered online specifically for convenience, since we needed the items for our drive from Colorado to California. Instead of making things easier, it created more STRESS. When we got home, I discovered that 7 ITEMS WERE MISSING from our order. We had to drive back, wasting over an hour of our time just to deal with something that shouldn’t have happened IN THE FIRST PLACE. What’s even worse was what happened after. During our drive, we gave our daughter some of the Gerber veggies we picked up, only later we found out they were expired since April 30, 2025, meaning they were 7MONTHS PAST THE EXPIRY DATE. She had already eaten two packs. No wonder she was fussy and refusing her milk cause her stomach was clearly upset. Selling expired baby food is extremely dangerous, and I will be reporting this incident to FDA to ensure proper action is taken. No parent should have to go through this, and no store should allow expired baby food especially something that far past its date.

It’s Feb 2025 and the store gave me expired baby food from Sept 2024. Disgusting! It’s baby food, get it right and clear out the expired for the correct dates.

Very upset to have received this and the package was expired. There needs to be better quality assurance, especially with baby food.

Great product!
I bought this kit as soon as the pediatrician gave the ok for my daughter to start solids. These are the perfect consistency and amount for babies starting solids. It even contains a chart to keep track of baby’s reaction to solids.

Caution
Always check baby food before feeding it to babies. Even if expiration date hasn’t passed. The Peas in this assortment had gone bad. Not sure why. Date hadn’t passed.

I like the small size.
These are smaller little containers so really good for the first few weeks of starting solids.
