Don't buy

This item is extremely poorly made. The grommets are pulled out of the fabric upon arrival and free floating on the elastic cord. The bungees don’t actually adjust the hood due to the way they’re attached. The hood itself is too short for my 5 ft tall kid. It doesn’t actually cover the neck. The hood is flimsy and feels unfinished. Returning it is a pain because it’s a third party seller. Buyer beware.
