A: Hello, The manufacturer say the belt is very stretchy. They only gave us this note. S/M size for men is pants waste size 34 under and women waste size is under 16. L/XL is over 34 and women over 16

Q: Which is the correct fit of a small? It says all numbers are in inches so does it fit anyone under 16" or 34"?

A: Hello, the chart is for pant size. If you are male and your pant size is under 34, the S/M will fit you. If you are female and your pant size is under 16, the S/M will fit you.

I have a large space in between my vertebrae towards my lover back, and I have to say this brace has helped me tremendously. I’m not a huge fan of the way It fits me, so I’m thinking of returning but it definitely does provide a lot of lumbar support. I have experienced a lot less back Pain and the material is not itchy. Like it has been with other braces.
