Not a one size fits all unfortunately because it was great how they have straps to make the brace a lil more snug in the waste.

Worked Great during pulled muscle
I pulled a back muscle a few days prior to purchasing this. I could not even stand up straight, like looked like the letter S. After putting this on I was able to stand better, have better posture and reduced the pain in my back. Yes it does block your belt and top of your pants, it’s a back support. I don’t know what others are complaining about...that’s where it is supposed to go, around your lower back. I would recommend for back issues and better posture.

They changed the 'width', now it's uncomfortable
I'd been wearing this velcro back thing for several years, and liked it, but they've changed the 'width' (top to bottom size) and it's way too wide, not comfortable. I'll keep looking, maybe I can find an older one for sale somewhere.
