Women's French Terry 1/2 Zip Sweatshirt - JoyLab™

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this half zip sweatshirt in a size large, which is my typical size and it fit through a size. It is definitely on the shorter side as expected, but not completely cropped which I appreciated. The fabric is a very good quality and nice and thick to keep you warm on those cold fall or spring evenings. I really liked the detailing around the sleeves and the bottom . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I tried on this sweatshirt in a size small and it fit me well all over. It is advertised as being mid length so I was expecting it to be a bit longer but it was more a cropped length. I am around 110 pounds and 5‘1“ so the length wasn’t horrible on me, but that is probably due to me being on the shorter side. I love the green striped pattern paired with a white skirt. The material is soft and comfortable. I love quarter length zippered sweatshirts so I am a huge fan of this. The length of the arms were a little on the longer side, but it wasn’t a big deal. This is so cute!! I’m a size small but in sweatshirts I tend to size up to a Large depending on the fit. All they had in store was XL and it fit perfectly oversized. I’m 5’8 and have long arms the sleeves are perfect. It’s still slightly cropped, the perfect length with mid and high rise shorts. I absolutely love it and might get the green. I never wear red, it doesn’t flatter me but this is like a strawberry red, it reminds me of a popsicle. Perfect for summer. It’s nice and lightweight and comfortable and super soft. Feels high end.

I typically do not buy things in bright colors, but for some reason I liked the green and white stripe on this one and it comes in multiple other options too. I normally wear a size 10 and I would wear a size large and a cropped top however I ordered this one in a large and it but it’s really well. The sleeves are actually baggy, which is nice and comfortable for me. I am 5 foot eight and I like how the sleeves are longer. I received an incentive to write this review.

This sweatshirt is super cute but wow does it run small and short. I swear it’s literally as wide as it is tall. I have a regular length torso and it’s too short for me my short torso friend tried it and it was too short for her too. I would have loved to keep it but it’s just too short.

I got the striped green and it's a nice, bright green perfect for spring/summer. I am petite with a larger chest and d typically wear size small shirts/sweaters. Because of the cropped length, I tried a medium but it was quite short and fit small overall. I wanted a more slouchy fit and didn't want to expose my whole midsection if raising my arms so I sized up to a large and it was perfect. Sleeves are a bit long but look really cute rolled. Love that it's mostly cotton and breathable. Looks great with shorts or a tennis skirt. Deducting a star because overall fit seemed too small. Never have I had to size up to a large. I'm glad i tried this on in store rather than ordering online.🌟
