Horsetail

The main ingredient in this supplement is Horsetail. Horsetail is normally a beauty product as it produces hair growth. I find when I take this product along with the Swanson Hair, Skin and Nails the dosage is too high. Too much Horsetail and my skin breaks out in pre-hives, rashes and acne. I have to have a lower intake of Horsetail than someone else can take. I am going to discontinue my use of this product in favor of the blend of ingredients in the Swanson Hair, Skin and Nails instead. I have to choose one. I pick the Swanson blend instead. This product does work as intended. I just have problems with my skin. I can't take both products at once.
