It has a brushless motor along with a 20Volt Max battery that will last as long as the job requires. He uses it to cut tough to get to places. Wood trims for the floor is a piece of cake. It cuts wood like butter. This tool will make any job easier. Highly recommended.

Every time I tried to order the tool only version of this it was out of stock. It was finally available, so I ordered it and it came in 2 days. I love it. No more fighting the power cord from my Porter Cable electric one. I have many WORX batteries, so it was worth the wait for the tool only.

I have a corded oscillating tool but saw this and got it for the cordless flexibility. I already have several Worx tools and I knew the quality would be good and I have the batteries and chargers. I wasn't disappointed. I just used this on a job and it's so much easier to use than my corded model. This tool has endless uses!

I bought this mostly to make straight cuts in plastic and wood for projects. It works great and I like it better than several others I have used over the years. I had 20V batteries for other Worx tools, so it was an easy choice.

I bought this about a month ago for some remodeling work and have been using it almost daily since. Its my new favorite tool, and much quieter than my previous (other brand) oscillating tool. Love the built in LED light as well. WORX does it again!

I saw a you tube video on the subject where the person used an oscillating tool to remove the flooring. I tried it and it worked quite well. This is the first tool of its kind, so I have nothing to compare it to. It seems to be well made, time will tell.

It has taken on some DIY projects with ease! I used this last week to install a doggy door, and thanks to this, I was done in half the time. It was so easy to get the cuts precise, and it cut through the door quicker than I ever could have imagined. There wasn't any hesitation or bogging down. The battery life is great, and I liked how you can adjust the blade to reach into the more difficult areas. This oscillating multi tool has made tedious jobs so much easier!

I remembered jobs where this could have made my life a lot easier, from installing laminate flooring, to putting in the cat door in the wall, to fixing the sprinklers... This would have saved me hours! This tool is a must-have for home improvement. Things I liked: Installing the blade was easy. Pretty lightweight, even with the 20-volt battery. Front lights help see where the blade is. I can adjust the blade position to be to the front or side, for hard places to get into. Pretty powerful for its size.
