A: I don't think answer given is correct. The question is about the bottom of the basket and the answer gives the width at the top. Another answer stated that the top is flared, so this question is trying to find out how much of a flare it is.

A: No, something 6 inches wide will not fit. I bought this to store my 6x6 scrapbooking paper and it does not fit. the measurements listed are not the internal measurements, they are the measurements from the outside of the container.

A: I currently use this bin to hold diapers and wipes. We’re on size 6 diapers and they still fit well. If you add a rubber sticker to the bottom of the bin, the bin won’t slide around on smooth surfaces either! :)
