Description
ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Love this knife!
I think this knife will be great. Beautiful, fits my hand and has a nice weight with a perfectly designed handle that feels great to hold. I just worry about accidentally cutting myself, it's so sharp. Is there slicing/chopping training?

More agile than 8 inch

Perfect Size Multitasking Knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the 6" size and curvature to the blade. The Pro versions stay sharper and are easier to sharpen when they eventual need it. My spouse loves the 8" version which is perfect for his hand. Now I have the perfect size for mine as well. These knives are great for all prep work and make cleaning meat a breeze.

Worth the buy for cooking experience

Comfortable Chef’s Knife

This knife is comfortable to handle and has a good weight for prepping vegetables I would have preferred the original 6” that had a narrower tip but I am getting used to this one.

Great Knife
I got this knife for my partner who is a good deal shorter than me and it's absolutely perfect. She had been primarily using our 5" Wustof Santoku, which is also a great knife, but doesn't have the same rocking motion you can use on a chef's knife. This one fit her hands well, it's a touch heavier but balanced. I personally love it already. I would get an 8" for myself but the 6" is fantastic.
