  • A: The 8" Chef's Knife (default) weighs 7.25 ounces. Four Star is mid-weight because of the lighter handle. Traditional, riveted styles will be heavier. For example, our Zwilling Pro 8" Chef's Knife weighs 9.17 ounces.

    Fantastic knife!

    Very pleased with this knife - it has become my go-to. It’s perfect for cutting all types of vegetables and easy to handle. It’s definitely longer than I’m used to, though, and I accidentally sliced a charge cord that was nearby! Lol.

    Superb all purpose chef knife for home kitchens!!

    This is my favorite chef’s knife! I used to love using it at my parent’s when I’d go home to visit, but now I have one in my own kitchen! It’s very durable and comfortable to hold
