Great starter set

I bought this set due to Zwilling’s reputation and the beautiful craftsmanship which blew me away at the store. They came sharp and stay sharp easily with a ceramic rod. The ergonomics of the bolsters are helpful to remind me to hold a proper grip and are just plain comfortable. They both balance perfectly, which I especially appreciate when pinch gripping the chef’s knife.

The Best Kitchen Knives I’ve Owned

Both knives are very nicely balanced. The cutting edges are the best I’ve used. I was in the food service profession for 39 years, and these knives surpass everything else I used. I highly recommend them.
