Beauty Bakerie During a successful battle with breast cancer, Cashmere Nicole became more conscious about what we put in and on our bodies. In 2011, she founded Beauty Bakerie to reflect her passion for high-quality, healthy ingredients. Through its long-lasting, 100% cruelty-free formulas made for a diverse range of skin tones, Beauty Bakerie is designed to enhance the beauty in everyone, every day.
Winky Lux Natalie Mackey began her career in finance but soon became drawn to growing companies as an operator. In 2015, she launched Winky Lux, a fast-to-market brand of whimsical color cosmetics. Her thesis is that beauty is rooted in play and interacting with products should be, first and foremost, a joyful experience. She attributes Winky Lux’s success to its unique supply chain and commitment to incorporating direct customer feedback.

House of Lashes House of Lashes was created to inspire and empower people of all ages, races and genders to feel beautiful with lashes that complement their diverse eye shapes as well as their unique personalities. A longtime lover of lashes, Jenn was disappointed with the industry’s small assortment and the large price disparity between drugstore and department store lashes. It became her dream to provide a wide array of unique, cruelty-free lashes at affordable prices using recyclable packaging.
Mielle Organics Mielle was created by Monique Rodriguez, a registered nurse, wife and mother of two girls, who desired to share her healthy hair journey using products with natural and organic ingredients to achieve amazing results. She knew the importance of knowing what is in your products and wanted to create healthier options for the whole family. Monique is committed to empowering women around the world through mentorship and her beauty products.
Megababe Megababe was created by body-inclusive activist Katie Sturino to fill a hole in the beauty space (and in her own bathroom). Katie couldn’t find products to address common issues like thigh chafe, boob sweat and body odor that she loved, so she started Megababe, a collection of clean, cute body care solutions that really work. With Megababe, Katie hopes to inspire others to tackle “taboo” body issues and feel more comfortable and confident in their skin.
TGIN Chris-Tia Donaldson first became interested in natural hair care in 2002 when there were very few products on the market designed for kinky, curly and wavy textures. After struggling to find affordable natural hair care, she created TGIN (Thank God It’s Natural), a hair and skin care company with high-quality products that delivered without breaking the bank, leaving the wearer with softer, moisturized and more manageable curls, kinks and waves.
Camille Rose Janell Stephens first became interested in skin care after developing natural solutions for her children’s chronic eczema. After years of making beauty products out of her kitchen with the total health and wellness of her family in mind, she founded Camille Rose in 2011 with a mission to produce high-end, ingredient-inspired blends for hair, body and skin with clean formulas.
Sarah Gibson Tuttle
Olive & June After moving to Los Angeles, the mani-obsessed Sarah Gibson Tuttle realized it had everything she wanted—except for the perfect nail salon. So in 2013, she opened Olive & June as a space where people could enjoy expert nail care. Five years later, the salon introduced its proprietary at-home nail system to elevate the home-mani experience while offering products that were truly accessible to everyone—because she knows having perfect nails makes everyone feel like their best self.
Honest Beauty Jessica Alba created Honest Beauty because she believes you shouldn’t have to choose between what’s safe and what works. Inspired by her abuela, who taught Jessica that it’s easy to go from natural to glam with the right products, the line of high-impact makeup and results-driven skin care is made with clean, cruelty-free formulas you can trust. If you’re looking for clean beauty that really performs, Honest has you covered.
Elsie Rutterford & Dominika Minarovic
BYBI As beauty junkies with a shared love for wellness, Dominika and Elsie created BYBI to prove that high-performance products can also be natural, vegan and climate-conscious. After starting out in their kitchens in London, they’re now trained skin care formulators focused on delivering skin-positive, pro-planet skin care for all. And they’re well on their way—BYBI recently became one of the first carbon-neutral beauty brands.
