Jennifer I wish I had found this sooner - I have a lot of tile throughout my lake house and some parts are high traffic in and out of the house. I have had a really hard time getting it clean until I used the bissel steam mop. I love the added feature where you can use the wand to scrub and steam certain areas. It also cleans the grout without you have to get down on hands and knees to get it clean. I actually can say I enjoyed the ease of success with the Bissel Deluxe Steam Mop. Now I look forward to lots of entertaining because it's easy to clean!
