@definefettle BREAKFAST SALADS are making a come back! . It’s no joke that I’ve been slacking on my water, veggie & supplement intake over the past few weeks - heck when was the last time I even washed my hair?!🤷🏼♀️ . But things are changing this week, they are starting to [normalize] - it seems silly to be using that word at a time like this but it’s true. Things for me are becoming more normal and routine again even if that’s much different than my normal a few weeks back. . I’m waking up before the sunrise, accomplishing things around the house before I start my workday & making c o l o r f u l ass meals again which all feels so good. . If you’re still struggling to find your normal, that’s ok. Things take time & honestly, our emotions can [and will] change over the course of the coming weeks, days & yes even hours.
