Please bring the old version back. It was an amazing product that I restocked every other month and always recommended it to my family and friends. The new version is just not working, and the smell and texture are completely different. Thank you.

I love the way my skin feels after using this product! It makes my skin so soft and hydrated without leaving a heavy feeling on my skin. It a bit pricey for my liking but it’s the best mask I’ve have used. I recommend 😉

Best of the best. I used to use aloe mask all the time but since the day I got to this Kiehl’s Calendula mask I don’t see myself going back to any other wash off mask. The mask is so soothing and cooling when it’s on my face. Help with redness and especially sun burns. Tip: put the mask in the fridge for the best experience.

Very disappointing! I loved the older version. It felt nice on the skin. This one is like any other mask available on the market.

The old one was great. This is not a new formula this is a new product. If you compare the ingredients to the last one almost completely different. The other one had much more organic ingredients this one is much more chemical. Why are you doing this! alot the last 2 years! Favorites are being modified and changed with less natural components and they are going downhill. Loved this brand but now this is the 3rd product you've changed for the worse. Bring back the old formula this one is not hydrating, the smell is awful and it does not work.

Very disappointed in the deceptive marketing. This is not a new formula it’s an entirely new (and worthless) formula. I have the older one which is like a clear gel with the petals. This new one is garbage. Seeing other reviews that have experienced thesame. Bring back the old formula.

It’s good if you’re looking for a citrus-scented mask. The smell is bit earthy though so it doesn’t feel luxurious at all. It’s marketed as providing relief but I would definitely note that it’s quite astringent.

Overall it's better, it has a calming effect and if you have redness-prone skin you'll like the calendula ingredient very much, it's very gentle.

Agree with the other reviewers. The old formula was much better. You could visibly see a difference after using it, and this one is almost like nothing.

My skin feels like it’s burning. I followed the directions and put a thick layer on my clean face for 5 minutes. After rinsing a lot, it feels sticky

Personally, I prefer the old formula, it smells better, feels better, and works better. My face is less smooth after use compares to the old version. Please bring the old formula back!!!

You should make a new product page for the “new formula” because it is nothing like the original. Many of these reviews are for a completely different product. The aloe and candula mask was an amazingly light and moisturizing gel mask. The “new formula” (which is actually an entirely different product) is not what all the 5 star reviews are for. The aloe mask was a gel that moisturized very well. This other mask is a cream mask that doesn’t do anything. I will attach pictures to show you that they don’t even claim to do the same things! Really not sure how you can say this is just a new formula. I had bought the new one by accident a long time ago. I finally used it because I ran out of the original. With the original, your skin looks instantly plumper and revitalized. I don’t notice anything from the new product. I definitely don’t feel any moisture. I also feel like it’s going to clog my pores. Anyway, as many have said before, bring back to original. I used it frequently in the winter for my dry skin and in the summer for sun burn. I am so sad I can’t find it anymore.
