I got small and medium. my waist is 28, hip 40. the medium fits better and comes up a little higher than the small. if they made a high rise of these I would buy so many!

I was not expecting to like a "brief" style but these are def not granny pants. I do recommend these for anyone seeking a very slim and soft no show panty. I got a size M (114 lbs, and they fit great.)
