My wife and I are both in our 40s and have started doing yoga regularly since we both have injuries that cause chronic pain. This lounger not only made some couples yoga poses possible but some other couples moves much more easy and comfortable allowing for longer deeper poses where we can continue in a state of joined bliss connected in multiple ways. This lounger is very firm and stable. Surprisingly at 30 something pounds it stays stationary regardless of how much active movement is taking place. It’s actually quite difficult to move around unless you pick it up. The level of stability is a great feature and surpasses my expectations. The possibilities in terms of positions with your partner are endless. The added pillows they come with this lounger are a must have as it allows for adjusting the angles as well as how much one is squatting when straddling there partner or how much knee bending is required. We have not washed the microfiber cloth covers yet as we have been covering it up to avoid any possibility of it getting wet from sweat or lubricants. My wife was wondering if we really needed it at our age but noticed that my back injury would cause me problems following a traditional romantic night in the bedroom. The lounger has opened up positions and levels of enjoyment in out relationship that we would not experienced otherwise and the nice part is we were able to have this experience without having debilitating pain afterwards. I think you pay for what you get in terms of quality. I am very satisfied with the quality and the price given it holds up. We have had it now for about 3 weeks. When looking you may find some other brands made out of the country without pillows for half the price but most likely those models are not even half the quality. Hence you will not receive half the benefits you would receive from this model. I hope this helps you out and after researching I think any other model from this company would benefit you greatly as they seem to be doing it right.

I will say, whatever position you'd like to get into, whatever the mood brings, this is sure to hold up!!! My husband and I were wanting to add some creative techniques and positions to our hot yoga sessions and boy did it not disappoint!!!!! We looked at some others, but with me being 4 11 and he being 6 3, I'm sure you can understand the weight/support it must hold. During hot yoga you must break a sweat of course, however with this badass piece of equipment you get 10x the workout without the added energy, and still feel it two days later. Even for the less adventurous and need the extra motivation and "help" to stretch and be more limber...this will do the trick. Have fun my friends :)

My husband and I are both larger, and I have issues with my back and hips, making positions challenging. This piece of furniture has been an intimacy game changer. It supports both of us (combined weight of 500lbs), doesn’t move, provides excellent stability and allows us to have the freedom of positions that we previously didn’t have, in pain free ranges, and has been well worth the money spent on it. 5/5 would highly recommend!

My marriage was in shambles. I thought maybe we could try something new, something that challenged our flexibility and intimacy. So, I bought the chair. Instantly, we were exposed to new maneuvers, poses, and techniques that had never been achievable before the chair. I can’t express how much this chair has saved my marriage and is the most intimate piece of furniture I have ever owned.

There was nothing negative - the item did not smell like plastic, it is stable, firm yet comfortable. No complaints and well worth the price.

Stiff foam is great for activities, not for relaxing. The velveteen fabric is still soft after washing. Light enough for one person to move.

I admittedly almost returned this after receiving it in a box and realizing it was vacuum-sealed foam. After looking up a few YouTube unboxing videos, it seemed to have positive reviews so we opened it up and let it expand. The covers went on easier than anticipated, and the construction was much sturdier than we thought at first glance. Still pondering if this was worth $500, but it is indeed a lot of fun, and the two of us (combined about 350lbs) had no trouble being on it at the same time.
