First it looks very cheap. Second. Only received 1 piece of the chair. The back. Missing 3 major pieces of the chair. Now I have to retire the 1 box with 1 piece of the chair. What a mess!!!

My daughter wanted this for her birthday and she has loved it so much! Very soft, easy to put together and the perfect size.

I know this is not going to be a piece I have for a dozen years, but for the value, quality, and sleek appearance I am extremely happy I purchased. I am very unhandy, and I mean VERY, but I was able to put it together all on my own. Definitely pleased!

This is a cheap chaise. I somewhat knew that before buying it, but the quality is worse (cheaper) than I thought. My first day sitting on it, I started to already feel it sinking in. I am not a heavy girl, in fact I'm petite. Pretty disappointed. Considering returning it for a refund. I would return it for sure if it wasn't too heavy for me to lift and bring to the store.

Not super sturdy but easy to assemble and perfect for what I wanted in walk in closet!! Nice accent piece that is priced right for that!

You get what you pay for. This thing is awful to put together. It's cheap and it's a pain to assemble. Right as I was about to put the last bolt in I discovered that the part it goes into is stripped. The only resolve offered was to have them drop off a new unassembled unit and pick up the old one. How do I know the next one won't be the same? I don't. Don't buy this thing.

For the price this is a great item, my wife loves it and it looks great.shipping was fast and the quality is much more than i expected.

It was easy to put together surprisingly. The back panel has velcro to cover up the holes, at first we didn't understand how we were going to screw it in until I discovered that. I was leery about buying this because there are a couple bad reviews but for the price it seems decently sturdy. I wouldn't use it as an every day piece, but I think it'll hold up. It's a great size, not too big, and seems comfortable. The storage is not big at all so don't buy it for that! But it is a nice added feature. I would recommend. Target always puts their furniture on sale too, it was a great price!

A wanted a chair and ottoman for my bedroom but had always wanted a chaise. I thought a chaise wouldn't work because of its size, but then I found this one with dimensions that fit and assembly that promised to be quick and easy. The delivery was in two boxes, came even earlier than promised, and was packaged well enough that I was able to push them up a flight of stairs. It took just a small bit of effort to put it all together by myself - one part of the directions was not clear - but I figured it out! The chaise cost much less than what I had expected; is the perfect size for my room; looks high quality; is comfortable; and is absolutely perfect for me. This product far exceeded my expectations!

We put this together last week and I am very happy with the quality and look of this Chaise. Don't expect the storage to be huge, but it is a nice added feature. My new favorite place to read.

I bought this chaise and it was broken in 6 months. One of the legs collapsed. And before you ask, no, I am not large. I weight 110 pounds, and all I ever did was sit on it. It might look cheap, but you got what you pay for. For just a tiny bit more, you could get something that will last a couple years at least. If you can't afford that, honestly, I recommend a fold-out table with a pillow over it rather than this. At least when that brakes, you won't be out more than 30 bucks.

Great item for the price, I'm glad I bought it. Shipment came in two boxes that I was able to get up a flight of stairs by myself & it took me about 20 minutes to assemble...would probably take less time with an extra set of hands helping hold pieces in place. All items needed are in the box, pretty self-explanatory. Comfortable to sit on & great for small spaces -doesn't consume the room, just added a perfect seating/lounge space. I'd add a photo if the review allowed.

Target, this chaise comes in TWO boxes. I bought this and a few weeks later received one box. The box came with the seat and the back of the chaise, but nothing else. I called customer service to see what was going on because I had a feeling that a second box was supposed to be coming even though there was only tracking for the one box. Target customer service guaranteed that this comes in only one box so the only thing I could do was return it for a new one and hope that all the parts came next time. I sent the box back to Target. The very next day a second box was delivered. The second box that Target guaranteed did not exist. So, three more calls to customer service and I finally got a return shipping label for the second box. If I had known there was a second box in the mail I would not have returned it. Finally on to the chaise itself. It is absolutely lovely. It is just the right size for what I need and looks more expensive than it is, in my opinion. I also love the studded detail around the base. Beautiful.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, a decent size seat and rather comfy. You get what you pay for; don't expect a vintage Victorian or an [...], people!

When I received the chaise lounge I inspected it and found that there were not any holes in the bottom of the unit in which to screw the legs into. If you expect the consumer to assemble the product then you should ensure that all the necessary components are there to do so. This is the third chaise lounge that I have ordered-I previously ordered twice from [retailer] and theirs was defective too! Must be the same manufacturer...

I wanted a nice looking chaise lounge in my bedroom for looks more so than seating. This fit the bill perfectly. It's great for decor but would never use it for everyday seating. For those who reviewed saying that this was too small, I don't believe they actually took a good long look at the measurements. The chaise WAS missing screws. I think it was supposed to come with 8 and it came with none. They aren't imperative to putting the chaise together but they are necessary for making it sturdy.

bigger than expected. bolts would not fit right for side so had to use different ones as far as quality not bad for the price but if you add extra bolts or screws to the back and side they wont budge.
