For energy

Trying this for energy based on a specialists recommendation. D-Ribose didn't work for me - and my OAT test showed that I was deficient in Riboflavin. Fingers crossed.

You can actually tell your body is processing this one. Don't be alarmed if you start seeing neon green when you go to the bathroom. It means its doing its job.

Inexpensive and helps me

Riboflavin is wonderful in my system, as long as I take one capsule a day, I get no migraines. It’s worked for me for many years, and Swanson carries an inexpensive version. The only side effect is bright yellow urine, but that makes for a reminder if I forget.

Great supplement

My very competent doctor recommended me taking B2. After searching on the Internet and presenting him with various brands, he liked this one the best. The price for this brand was actually less than the ones he did not like as well, which rarely happens.

For Migraines

It was suggested I take B2 for migraines (400 mg) so I do faithfully. Oddly;it has gotten hard to purchase locally during 2020 and who knows how long into 2021. So MailOrder we go ! Don't know how much they do but not about to try life without it.

TWO TOO GOOD

I've always been Very Big on all the B-Vitamins, which are so important for one's general metabolism and at least 8 major areas. In addition to taking 2 or 3 of the ultra-important B-100 Complex daily, I supplement other individual B's for their specific contributions. B-2 is renowned for eyes, skin, and as a catalyst for B-1 and B-5. So, I take an additional 3 of these 100 mg. B-2 caps every morning and night. (I wish they put it out in a 250 mg. capsule.) Over the many decades, I have found that B-Vitamins have an immediate impact. Works for me.

I have been taking this about a month and can't really say that I feel a difference. I will continue to use the rest of the bottle but not sure if I will re-order. I have not felt any negative effects so that is good too as some B vitamins are too strong and make me tired instead of giving me energy.

The right size b-2

I take all my B's separately because of allergies to some. This one is good and the right size that I need. Got 4 stars on satisfaction because I am hoping Swanson's will begin to carry the Riboflavin-5-phosphate soon.
