A: We had the same issue. Like the previous poster said make sure the tape is off. I thought ours was broken but it’s been two years and still works. I believe there’s a switch on the bottom that takes it out of the try me mode. Try that before returning

A: I bought this truck last Christmas 2019 and the WIPERS have never worked since we got it . Put in new batteries and turned the pink switch on bottom to play still did not work. Wipers still do not work even now, we've tried everything. But everything else on the truck works head lights, turn signals, brake lights and the music. Any Suggestions to help. My twins did not want to wait to return it they wanted to play with it Because we live over 100 miles to the nearest Target. Thank You!

A: they should work, check to make sure the batteries are good, that there isn't any tape securing the wipers in place, and try pushing the button again. if they still don't work, you might need to return it and get another one.

A: It is designed for an 18 inch high doll so any child taller than 18 inches would have trouble getting inside of it.

A: According to a previous reviewer, you have to switch the power switch on the bottom of the truck to "on" from the "try me" mode in order for them to work.

My daughter had asked for this truck for Christmas and finally got it this past Christmas. Everything works and all the pieces were included. She has really enjoyed it and plays with it with her stuffed animals as she doesn’t like dolls.

This ice cream truck is so adorable!! Every detail is well thought-out and there is a nice variety of items. One reviewer said the wipers don’t work but they do. You have to turn it over and switch it from Try Me mode to Play mode (per the instructions 😉). There are headlights, brake lights, turn signals, music and a chalkboard for writing the specials on (chalk provided). My daughter is obsessed and just loves playing with it.

This toy is super cute my little girl have the cozy cabin house and now she wanted the ice cream truck we got it for her and we didn’t noticed that this ice cream truck toy was already damage have a window broken, the window shield doesn’t work,missing some ice cream toy parts, feeding counter is broken!!! Waste for money on this toy!!!

My 12 year old daughter loves all the food that comes with it. She also likes the color of the truck. She likes to use the chalkboard on it to change the menu. She saved up for a year to buy it and has played with it non- stop. The window wipers didn’t work, but she’s not upset about it and didn’t want to exchange it.

This truck is so realistic! The pieces qre amazing and I love all of the sounds that it makes! We werent able to get the windsheild wipers to work but maybe we were doing it wrong. I helped my daughter get it orgonized, theres lots of storage and pieces! Some photots don't show it but the little flooring part folds up to complete the roof and serve as a walk up window for the dolls! The pedals do work and do infact control the lights! Fun litttle toy for kids!
