Q: instructions say fill cap to line A for medium load & fill to line 4 for large load however there is no line 4 on the cap? which one is line 4 as all the lines are abc and 123??
A: Thank you for your question. There was an update to our caps. For large or heavily soiled loads, we recommend using half of the cap.
submitted byThe Arm & Hammer Team - 2 years agoBrand expertA: Have a GE 4.2/4.5 topload machine. Use 4 oz for a large load. I rarely do any small/medium, would use 1/2 cap. Have old laundry cap that is exactly 4 ounces.

Q: Is it safe to use for color clothes? it has no info, can I use it for both white and color clothes?
A: I avoid detergent wit OXY for dark clothes. All or Arm N Hammer (without OXY) work for me. Did try Cheer, but felt it did not clean as well. Thank you.

Q: Please explain how the amount of detergent in the tub has been reduced from 229.50 ounces to 170 ounces, 26% less liquid, the cup size hasn't changed, yet it's still enough for 170 washes.
A: We do apologize for the delayed response and we do appreciate your question. With less water, there are also more active ingredients in each drop. Our detergent is now concentrated with 3X powerful stain fighters in every drop (vs. the leading bargain detergent). Our formulas were concentrated so that they deliver the same cleaning power you’d expect from our brands with less environmental impact and an improved consumer experience. While the ounces have decreased and/or bottle has gotten smaller, the number of loads in each bottle has remained the same. Dosing instructions on the back panel will help advise the right cap fill level for different size loads.

Q: I lost the cap. How do I know how much to use for each load if I don't have the markers on the cap to use?
A: Great question, AK! We can provide you with the precise measurements from each line on the cap: 1.20-1.35 OZ Line 3 1.50 OZ Bottom of Line 2 1.75 OZ Top of Line 1 We hope this helps!

Q: My shelves are 10 inches deep. If I turn container on it's side to dispense liquid, will I be able to close cabinet door?
