Greenies do seem to work at cleaning a dog's mouth but I have not read any data on their actual effectiveness. They come in different flavors if that really matters to your dog. They are however pretty expensive, especially if you have a large breed.

Our new rescue loved them but we didn’t realize they had chicken in them and my pitty is allergic and broke out in hives on day 4. Box didn’t state chicken and i didn’t read it really well. He’s okay after benadryl

My puppy was fine until I gave her one of these. 30 minutes later she started having the stinkiest diarrhea ive ever smelled in my life, so smelly I vomited trying to clean it up. It's been well over 24 hours and she is still sick. Going to the vet to make sure she isn't dying. Thanks Greenies!

My dog is the pickiest eater and she loves these and is helps clean her teeth and freshen her breath, I love it. I have wasted so much money from milkbone to blue buffalo snacks that she hates but she loves these.

I believe these are alright and semi effective for your pup. The texture seems to be fine plus an added benefit for scent. Comes well packaged, but the ingredients seem a little off so I am told.

These actually work! I wasn’t sure if they would actually make my puppers mouth smell better but it does it’s not a strong mint flavor so he adores them.
