Each Premier Protein Shakes contains 30 grams of protein, complete with all of the essential amino acids, 1g sugar, 4g carbs, 160 calories, 24 vitamins & minerals, and is also low in fat. We use proprietary blend of milk protein, casein and whey protein in our shakes to help fuel muscles quickly and for several hours to help support your goals. This is too sweet and artificial. I love the cafe latte flavor but wanted to try new flavors. This was absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. I don’t know why they keep making it and who likes it.

I do love these protein shakes. I used them for a long time in my coffees but as I shift towards optimal health I'm trying to stay away from seed oils and artificial flavors. Can we improve the recipe please?

What happen to the taste for the caramel shake? I have been drinking this flavor for the last couple of years but stopped last year. I decided to go back but the taste has changed and not in a good way. It really doesn't taste let caramel anymore. Yes it's drinkable but not in a good way. The sad part I recommend Premier Protein to other people but they kept saying they didn't like because taste like chalky. I just thought it was not a good flavor for them. I will try the other flavors but if they all taste different I will not be recommending it to anyone.
